Nestled in the heart of Miami, 1 Southside Park emerges as a beacon of urban sophistication. This 64-story architectural gem, envisioned by JDS Development Group, is not just a structure but a landmark of modernity that echoes Miami's pulsating energy and progressive spirit.

1 Southside Park represents a vertical community blending 1,195 opulent rental apartments with 165,000 square feet of contemporary office space, reflecting today's business ethos. Under Treehouse Hotels, managed by Barry Sternlicht, the project includes 200 rooms offering comfort and hospitality.


The complex boasts an expansive 86,151-square-foot spa, a 23,000-square-foot full-service restaurant, a quick 1,417-square-foot fast-food outlet, a 5,120-square-foot banquet hall, and a 13,673-square-foot fitness center. Essential services like a 32,000-square-foot fire station are integral, alongside parking for up to 1,000 vehicles.



Developed by Starwood Capital Group, 1 Southside Park is set to become Miami's largest rental apartment building, located at 1133 Southwest 2nd Avenue. It encompasses about 2 million square feet of mixed-use space, offering a variety of residential units from 500-square-foot studios to 1,115-square-foot three-bedroom apartments. Positioned just east of I-95 and northwest of Simpson Park, the project integrates seamlessly into Miami-Dade County's vibrant landscape, standing as a testament to luxury, innovation, and community integration and heralding a new era for Miami's cityscape.

Completion date for 1 Southside Park is unconfirmed, however it is currently under construction.
