Notably, this edifice by Related Companies will introduce a fresh connector road stretching from Evernia Street to Fern Street, running parallel to the Brightline station. Moreover, it will enhance pedestrian accessibility by providing a partially covered pathway along the east façade of the building, facilitating seamless transit from the station to The Square.
