A look inside the world’s first Pagani Residences, with features like a rooftop pool, sky lounge, and interiors curated by Pagani Arte, completion slated for 2027

Pagani Automobili, renowned for crafting ultra-luxury Hypercars, has expanded its presence into real estate with the unveiling of Pagani Residences in Miami's North Bay Village. This boutique luxury residential building will feature 70 waterfront residences, with interiors by A++ and curated by Pagani Arte, a new division specializing in Italian interior design. Residents will enjoy an array of exclusive amenities, including a gym, pool, and spa, each displaying meticulous attention to detail.

The property, slated for completion in 2027, is situated at 7940 West Drive and boasts a 28-story building with a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and entertainment spaces. Designed by the Miami-based Revuelta Architecture International, the building offers spacious two-to-four-bedroom homes ranging from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet, plus expansive terrace spaces. Privacy is a key feature, with only four residences per floor and penthouses up to 6,900 square feet.

On the ground floor, amenities such as valet parking, a pet spa, and storage for bicycles and water sports equipment enhance convenience, alongside 24/7 security and private garages. The eighth floor houses a private lounge, library, and media room, taking full advantage of the panoramic waterfront views. Wellness amenities on the 27th floor include a state-of-the-art fitness center, Pilates and yoga studios, a spa, and private treatment rooms.

At the pinnacle, the 28th floor offers a rooftop pool and sky lounge with 360-degree views over the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, complete with poolside cabanas and hot and cold plunges. Outdoor dining is facilitated by fully equipped summer kitchens with chef’s grills.

Pagani Residences is a collaboration between Italian Hypercar brand Pagani and Miami-based developer Riviera Horizons, with Fortune Development Sales handling sales and marketing. Starting at $2.4 million, these residences are the first-ever Hypercar branded homes in Miami, providing a unique blend of luxury living and automotive prestige. Each home is fully customized, with significant ceiling heights and private pools in the penthouses, and all residents will benefit from round-the-clock concierge services.
