As the tallest all-residential high-rise south of New York City, the Aston Martin Residences contribute to the growing trend of branded condominiums in South Florida. Notably, this tower is the inaugural Aston Martin-branded residential building globally, a distinction that underscores the allure of Miami's real estate market. The interiors of the Aston Martin Residences mirror the luxury and attention to detail synonymous with the iconic automotive brand. From wood paneling to marble finishes, every element exudes sophistication and craftsmanship. Moreover, the infusion of custom scents in common areas evokes the exclusive ambiance of Aston Martin showrooms, elevating the resident experience to new heights of luxury.

With closings underway, the Aston Martin Residences have seen remarkable success in presales, with nearly all units spoken for. Only one unit remains available: a lavish 27,000-square-foot triplex penthouse listed at $59 million. Spearheaded by G&G Business Development, owned by the Coto family, and managed by Cervera Real Estate, this project represents a pinnacle of luxury living in Miami. The property boasts an array of amenities including art galleries, movie theaters, fitness centers, and indoor and outdoor pools, further solidifying its status as a beacon of luxury in the heart of downtown Miami.
