Cookie Plug opening 6 locations in South Florida, starting in West Palm

The rapidly expanding franchise of dessert shops in California, founded by Erik Martinez, is known for their thick and soft cookies referred to as "phatties", decorated with graffiti walls and playing '90s West Coast hip-hop music.

The bakery is set to open six locations in South Florida, with the first one anticipated to debut this spring near Clematis Street and South Olive Avenue, just one block away from the downtown waterfront. The menu boasts delicious treats like the Snooperdoodle, Mac Daddy (white chocolate macadamia nut), Crunch Nugget (chocolate peanut butter), Bam Bam (fruity cereal), and the Pink Elephant (strawberry cheesecake).
