Delay Beach's New Downtown, Atlantic Crossing, Now Open

The $300 million Atlantic Crossing complex has opened in downtown Delray Beach after over a decade of planning and construction.

The complex features a mix of restaurants, retail stores, Class A office space, and luxury apartment units. Atlantic Crossing is connected by Palm Beach-inspired vistas and a walkway with metal sculptures and water features. While some residents have opposed the size and scale of the project, it is expected to link the strip of restaurants, bars, and shops west of the Intracoastal Waterway with retailers just over the bridge. The next stage of the project will include a for-sale condominium with units larger than first planned due to changes in the market during the pandemic.
