L&L Holding Company, Oak Row Equities, and project partners Shorenstein Properties and Claure Group have announced the groundbreaking of The Wynwood Plaza, a 1-million-square-foot mixed-use campus in Miami's Wynwood Arts District.
The development will include luxury rental apartments, dining and shopping options, and a highly-amenitized office tower, all anchored by a half-acre public plaza designed by James Corner Field Operations. The Class AAA office tower will offer private terraces on each floor, access to indoor and outdoor amenities, and best-in-class air filtration, touchless entry, and elevator systems. Completion is expected in 2025.
