Downtown Palm Beach Gardens' multiyear & multimillion-dollar vibrant redevelopment

Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is undergoing a multiyear, multimillion-dollar redevelopment project to diversify its offerings and attract families and upscale consumers.

The recent changes include the addition of stores like REI Co-op and Life Time Fitness, catering to outdoor and health-focused activities. The development is also introducing a 174-room hotel and a 280-unit residential project.

Several new stores have been added, including Sweetgreen, Fair Harbor, Luli Fama, and Stitch Golf, while mainstays like The Yard House and Grimaldi's Pizzeria remain. A new east-west drive is also being constructed to improve connectivity and accessibility to the area.

The vision for Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is to create a vibrant, multi-use downtown area that fosters community and connection.
