North Bay Village is set to welcome the first condominium project branded by the esteemed sportscar maker Pagani, with Riviera Horizons spearheading the development at 7940 West Drive along Biscayne Bay. The project, dubbed Pagani Residence, will rise 28 stories high, housing 70 luxury units with starting prices equivalent to a Pagani hypercar, beginning at $2.4 million.
Horacio Pagani, the founder and CEO of Pagani Automobili, envisions the Pagani Residences as a marriage of the brand's meticulous design ethos with Miami's vibrant lifestyle, aiming to provide homeowners the same thrill as driving a Pagani hypercar. Riviera Horizons, through its affiliate 7940 NBV Partners LLC, secured the site in 2021 for $4.48 million and received approval for the condo in September, with the partnership with Pagani announced later.
The development, designed by Miami's Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Pagani Arte, will offer units ranging from 2,000 to 3,300 square feet, and extravagant penthouses up to 6,900 square feet featuring extensive outdoor spaces with private pools and hot tubs. Future residents can expect a host of premium amenities, including a sky lounge, fitness center, spa, pet spa, and water sports equipment.
Mikael Hamaoui, CEO of Riviera Horizons, highlights that the Pagani Residences aim to offer unparalleled handcrafted living, emphasizing Pagani’s dedication to detail and craftsmanship. With sales managed by Fortune Development Sales, Riviera Horizons anticipates completion in 2027, further cementing Miami-Dade County's trend of partnering luxury condos with high-end automotive brands, following the likes of Porsche Design Tower, Bentley Residences Miami, and Mercedes-Benz Place.
