Icon Marina Village Welcomes First Move-Ins Last Week

Tenants just started moving in last week to Icon Marina Village, a new residential complex located on the sparkling shoreline of West Palm Beach.

It spans just over five acres and boasts a prime waterfront position, offering stunning vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, the Atlantic, and Downtown West Palm Beach. This development is the first phase of a 19+ acre integrated master plan, in collaboration with the world-renowned Rybovich, at the Superyacht Marina site. The complex features two luxurious high-rise towers and will comprise 399 units. Amenities will include a semi-private beach club, day dock, and sandy beach, a heated European-edge swimming pool, a business lounge, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, spa, and sauna, among others.
