This project marks a significant partnership between Kolter Urban, known for its real estate development prowess based in Delray Beach, and BH Group, a distinguished real estate private equity entity rooted in Aventura. Designed by the internationally acclaimed Arquitectonica, the residences at Solana Bay are meticulously planned, ranging from two to four bedrooms and encompassing areas from 2,200 to over 4,000 square feet.
