The vision for a distinctive Mexican-inspired dining experience, once a cherished dream among the Adams family, has evolved into the reality of Casa Cami, a new rooftop bar and restaurant poised to captivate Tampa. Casa Cami emerges under the stewardship of Allison Casper Adams and her brother, Blake Casper, extending the legacy of Tampa's Caspers Co. This venture marks a significant transition from their previous stature as Florida's premier McDonald's franchisees, showcasing their versatility in the hospitality realm. The restaurant is a testament to their creative ambition, mirroring the spirit of Oxford Commons Hospitality Co., a sister concern known for its innovative dining concepts like Oxford Exchange, Predalina, Stovall House, and more. The acquisition of The Current Hotel in late 2021 set the stage for Casa Cami's inception, underlining a commitment to redefining Tampa's dining landscape.

Casa Cami is not just a restaurant; it's an ode to the vibrant essence of Mexican culture, drawing inspiration from its rich artistic heritage. The venue promises a dining experience that's as visually appealing as it is gastronomically satisfying. Diners are treated to the stunning natural beauty of the serene Tampa Bay waters. The bar elevates this experience, presenting an extensive selection of cocktails and agave spirits that complement the sunsets over the bay.

The ambiance at Casa Cami is a thoughtful curation by Oxford Design Studio, ensuring that every corner speaks volumes of refined elegance.

The culinary journey is spearheaded by Richard Anderson, Oxford Commons' culinary director, whose menu is a playful nod to Mexican gastronomy with innovative twists on classic dishes. From tacos and fajitas to inventive offerings like Hamachi ceviche and chorizo pizza, the menu promises a feast for the senses.
