The launch of a 37-story condominium by Related Group and BH Group marks a significant addition to the Hollywood skyline, set on the grounds at the Diplomat Beach Resort. Positioned at 3724 S. Ocean Drive, the waterfront Icon Beach development is to offer 350 luxury condos, with sizes ranging from 948 to 2,580 square feet and prices spanning $825,000 to $2.8 million. This venture aligns with South Florida's surge in high-end residential projects, catering to an influx of affluent newcomers.

Nick Pérez, leading Related Group's condominium division, emphasizes Icon Beach's commitment to unparalleled luxury, convenience, and exclusive services, ideally located near the convention center, a premier beach club, and the ocean. The project boasts 30,000 square feet of premium amenities, including a sophisticated beach club, a marina, comprehensive fitness facilities, a pool deck, an open-air cinema, and summer kitchens.

Isaac Toledano, head of BH Group, and the architectural minds at Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, alongside interior designers Meyer Davis and Dezer Platinum Realty spearheading sales, all share a vision of creating a landmark tower distinguished by its design, amenities, and prime location. With groundbreaking anticipated for late 2024 or early 2025 and construction expected to last 24 months, this development follows the acquisition of a 3.5-acre site by Related Group and BH Group for $30 million in August, part of a larger transaction involving Trinity and Credit Suisse who purchased the Diplomat Resort for $835 million in February 2023. This purchase also included an additional 4.5-acre site approved for a 500-unit condo/hotel, signifying a notable expansion and transformation of this iconic location.
