The Related Companies, led by Stephen Ross, just launched sales for the new Shorecrest condominium in West Palm Beach, offering 140 homes

The Related Companies, under the leadership of Stephen M. Ross, billionaire and Miami Dolphins owner, have announced the commencement of sales for the Shorecrest condominium, situated just opposite the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach. Acquiring a 1.83-acre site from Temple Israel of West Palm Beach at 1901 North Flagler Drive, Related plans to erect the 26-story Shorecrest alongside a new religious facility and daycare spanning 21,511 square feet for the temple.

Shorecrest is set to feature 140 condominium units alongside 306 parking slots, with prices ranging from $1.3 million for a single-bedroom residence to $9 million for a four-bedroom unit, covering areas between 1,500 and 4,700 square feet. “Our commitment to West Palm Beach's development is further evidenced by Shorecrest, a project that not only enhances the waterfront but also aligns perfectly with the vibrant lifestyle of its community,” Ross remarked.

The development promises penthouses with ceiling heights of 9.5 to 11.5 feet and amenities such as a 60-foot rooftop pool, a club level with a cocktail lounge and private dining, a café, screening room, spa, fitness center, yoga room, and coworking spaces, all designed by Roger Ferris & Partners of Connecticut.

Sales for Shorecrest are to be orchestrated from a gallery at 460 S. Rosemary Ave., Suite 180, with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group steering the sales initiative. Bryan Cho, Related’s Executive VP, highlighted Shorecrest’s blend of exceptional design and functionality, offering expansive living spaces and terraces that capture stunning waterfront vistas. With Related’s extensive experience in developing office structures in West Palm Beach, such as the under-construction One Flagler office tower, Shorecrest is poised to meet the escalating demand for upscale housing in a city witnessing a real estate boom along the Intracoastal Waterway, as evidenced by the sell-out success of recent developments including the South Flagler House condo.
