The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Miami unveils first preview of their South Tower Residences, with plans to make North Tower their North American Flagship Hotel

Swire Properties recently introduced The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Miami, blending luxury residential living with premier hospitality, set to officially launch sales this spring. Located on Brickell Key's last green space, South Lawn, this development combines the privacy of upscale homes with the esteemed services of Mandarin Oriental's hotel hospitality.



A special Preview Lounge has been opened at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami Hotel by Swire Properties in collaboration with Fortune International Realty Development Sales. Currently, potential buyers have the exclusive chance to secure their luxury home early, with prices for residences in the South Tower beginning at $4.9 million.



The project will have two towers: a 66-story South Tower with 228 condos and a 32-story North Tower hosting 94 condos and 121 hotel rooms, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Tristan Auer and Laura Gonzalez. Set for completion in 2029, the development promises over 80,000 square feet of amenities including infinity pools, private cabanas, and wellness facilities, with residences up to 4,700 square feet and penthouses exceeding 6,000 square feet.
