The Shore Club Resort and Residences in Miami Beach, by Auberge Resorts Collection, will debut in 2027 with a newly renovated hotel and 49 new condos

The Shore Club Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, marks a new chapter in Miami Beach's luxury real estate and hospitality, from a collaborative effort of the Miami-based Witkoff Group and Chicago's Monroe Capital. This beachfront development, situated at 1901 Collins Ave., is set to be an iconic addition, managed by the renowned Auberge Resorts Collection from Mill Valley, California. Auberge will oversee both the hotel operations and resident amenities, infusing the project with its signature blend of luxury and service.

Dan Friedkin of Auberge Resorts Collection expressed enthusiasm for the project, highlighting the company's expertise in enhancing historic properties and its plans to integrate Miami Beach's vibrant culture into the Shore Club. The development will refurbish the Art Deco Shore Club hotel, originally built in 1949, into a modern haven with 73 rooms and suites, and introduce 49 condominiums. These residences will span an 18-story tower, the updated Cromwell House, and a Beach House designed to emulate a standalone home, with prices starting at $6 million.

A notable mention is a record-breaking potential sale of a 10,500-square-foot penthouse for $120 million, setting a new high for South Florida's condo market. The project, buoyed by a $430 million construction loan secured in July 2023 and boasting over $550 million in pre-sales, is eagerly anticipated for its 2027 opening.

Residents can look forward to an array of amenities, including a fitness center, beach club, library, exclusive pool, an Auberge spa, and a signature restaurant, all designed to cater to a luxurious lifestyle. Alex Witkoff of Witkoff views the partnership with Auberge as a perfect alignment of visions for creating premier luxury destinations.

The architectural design is led by New York's Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Miami's Kobi Karp Architecture, with Douglas Elliman handling exclusive sales for this ambitious project. This development is poised to redefine luxury living in Miami Beach, merging historical elegance with contemporary sophistication.
