The Ascent, mixed residential and hotel tower, opens it's doors

Ascent St. Pete, a 36-story luxury apartment tower located at 225 1st Avenue North in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, has begun moving in residents.

The $117 million project, developed by Greystar Real Estate Partners, contains 357 apartments and a 172-key AC Hotel by Marriott. The tower is well-positioned, located close to popular local destinations such as the Jannus Block and the St. Pete Pier.

The building began pre-releasing apartments in September 2022 and half of its apartments are currently leased, with 66 already occupied. The building also features the city's newest rooftop bar, Cane & Barrel, on the 8th floor of the Marriott hotel, and will house award-winning chef Chris Ponte's modern Italian restaurant, OLIVIA, by the end of the year.

Ascent St. Pete boasts numerous amenities such as a rooftop terrace, clubhouse, co-working spaces, a fitness center, and an exclusive penthouse lounge. The building also has a main pool deck on the sixth floor and a rooftop pool on the 37th floor.
