The three-bedroom homes are spacious, with interior square footage near 1,946 and balconies extending to 313 square feet. The lavish 'Upper Penthouses' redefine opulence with over 7,000 square feet of interior space and nearly 3,000 square feet outside, capturing the essence of grandeur that Una promises.
