The 47-story Una Residences, Brickell's first waterfront residential project in over a decade, has recently reached a construction milestone by topping off. Located at 175 NE 25th Road in the exclusive South Brickell area of Miami, this nearly sold-out luxury tower is developed by OKO Group and Cain International and is expected to be completed in early 2025.
Designed by the globally acclaimed architects Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, Una Residences features 135 high-end condominiums offering expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, and the Downtown Miami skyline. The project, which reflects a yacht-inspired design, includes residences ranging from two to five bedrooms, sized between 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. Notably, the tower's two ultra-luxurious upper tri-level penthouses each sold for $17.75 million in 2022, setting a record for the highest condominium sale in the Brickell submarket.

The developers emphasized that the distinctive features and premium location have allowed the project to achieve market-leading prices and set new standards for luxury living in the area.
Una Residences offers a suite of amenities tailored to Miami's outdoor lifestyle, including a private marina, three swimming pools, a children’s splash-pad area, a movie theater, and a resort-inspired spa. The tower also boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, onsite dining, and exclusive membership access to the Grand Bay Club on Key Biscayne.

The development is part of an extensive portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties across South Florida by OKO Group and Cain International. This includes Missoni Baia in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, the class A-plus 830 Brickell office tower, and One River luxury multifamily tower in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Additionally, the partnership between Cain International and OKO Group extends to the mixed-use urban destination One Beverly Hills, master planned by Lord Norman Foster, which will introduce Aman's first urban resort to the West Coast of North America. OKO Group is also advancing Aman Miami Beach, which combines a restored Art Deco hotel with a new Aman-branded residential tower designed by Kengo Kuma along the oceanfront.
