Nora District, mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, expects 2025 completion

The Nora District is a mixed-use development project in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, slated for completion in 2025 by NDT Development and Place Projects.

This vibrant community is designed with 13 structures spanning 3 to 10 stories, encompassing retail, dining, office, and residential spaces. Its features include over 100,000 square feet of retail space with both national and local retailers, more than 50,000 square feet of dining options with a variety of restaurants and cafes, and over 200,000 square feet of office space catering to creative and technology firms. The district also offers over 300 residential units from studios to penthouses.

A unique aspect of the Nora District is its dedication to public spaces, with the inclusion of a one-acre public park aimed to serve as a communal gathering spot, along with various art installations such as murals, sculptures, and more. The design also incorporates cobblestone streets and curbless sidewalks to foster a pedestrian-friendly environment. This significant development in downtown West Palm Beach is projected to stimulate job creation, attract new businesses, rejuvenate the locality, and enhance the city's allure for tourists and residents, thus contributing to the city's overall growth.
